With over 20 years of hands-on experience in mining—specializing in Drill and Blast, I offer a practical, down-to-earth perspective on shot-firing and the broader mining process.
Known for clear and concise coaching, I combine calm professionalism with a touch of humor to make complex blasting concepts easy to understand.
Driven by a genuine passion for sharing knowledge and improving safety and foundational knowledge in the Drill and Blast industry, I actively encourage open interaction and continuous improvement among new and experienced crew members alike.

Hey, I'm Muhammad Umar Draz!
A natural problem-solver with over eight years of experience helping businesses grow by leveraging technology and automation. I’m passionate about using digital tools and emerging technologies to make operations smarter, faster, and more efficient.
My goal is simple — to help professionals and entrepreneurs achieve measurable success by showing them how technology can become their greatest advantage.
I’m also the founder of The Genius Solutions, a global specialty staffing and automation service that supports clients across multiple industries with tech-driven solutions that actually work.

With more than four years of experience, I help businesses work better by using technology, automation, and organized workflows. I enjoy turning complex processes into simple, efficient systems that bring real results.
My mission is simple — to help people and businesses grow by using tools and technology that actually make their work easier.
I previously worked as Operations Manager at Kalina Roofing and Exteriors, where I improved workflows, supported team coordination, and built operational systems that made a long-term difference.
